Refund policy

For retail customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to obtain a mutually satisfactory solution. For products produced by us, we will either replace the product or refund your money, for products that are not supplied by us, we ask that you return the product in its original packaging in a saleable condition after contacting us for instructions.

We only offer returns on unopened, unused, undamaged products. Unfortunately, if you have opened the product, we are unable to accept your return due to health and safety regulations.

  • If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded
  • Cost of postage to return the product to Pure Bliss Soap Co will be at the responsibility of the purchaser

We will do our best to resolve your issue with kindness and ask you do the same, because we are people too!

Terms of Sale

We dispatch products after payment is received and until then the products remain the property of Pure Bliss Soap Co. Payment can be made online with Mastercard/Visa credit or Debit card, AfterPay, ZipPay or by PayPal.

We pack all items securely and we reuse packing materials received by us where possible. Postage is undertaken by Australia Post or Courier. Orders are dispatched quickly after receipt and we aim to have orders completed within 48 hours (two business days).
