The purpose of this site is to provide the Customer (you) with information about Pure Bliss Soap Co, our products, events and activities. We also provide you with the opportunity to purchase online through our secure shopping cart.

Product Availability
We undertake to keep our website current with regard to product names, descriptions and photos of products available. However, from time to time products listed in stock may not be available; if this occurs we will notify you by telephone or email to seek your instructions for a suitable replacement. If you prefer we will refund any charges incurred for that product immediately.

As our products are hand produced in small batches, slight variances in colour or appearance may occur, this variance will not affect the quality, usability or the way the product performs.

Feedback, Comments and/or Reviews
Any comments or feedback that you provide to us by any means will remain our property and may be used by us for marketing purposes.

What is the Return Policy?
For retail customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to obtain a mutually satisfactory solution. For products produced by us, we will either replace the product or refund your money, for products that are not supplied by us, we ask that you return the product in its original packaging in a saleable condition after contacting us for instructions.

We only offer returns on unopened, unused, undamaged products. Unfortunately, if you have opened the product, we are unable to accept your return due to health and safety regulations.

  • If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded
  • Cost of postage to return the product to Pure Bliss Soap Co will be at the responsibility of the purchaser

We will do our best to resolve your issue with kindness and ask you do the same, because we are people too!

Terms of Sale

We dispatch products after payment is received and until then the products remain the property of Pure Bliss Soap Co. Payment can be made online with Mastercard/Visa credit or Debit card, AfterPay or by PayPal.

We pack all items securely and we reuse packing materials received by us where possible. Postage is undertaken by Australia Post or Courier. Orders are dispatched quickly after receipt and we aim to have orders completed within 48 hours (business days).
