Directions

Heated - Place the heat pack flat in the middle of the microwave plate ensuring the lupins are evenly distributed in the heat pack and heat in 20 second intervals. Please note that this is a guide only and it is recommended you adjust the heat times based on your microwave power output. 

WARNING - Do not overheat. The heat pack should be warm, not hot.

Cooled - Place heat pack in a Ziplock plastic bag prior to placing in the freezer for storing before use. Remove bag prior to use.

Care Instructions - Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from moisture.
